Do you bring cleaning products and equipment?
Yes. We bring our own cleaning products and equipment. If you have a particular product or surface-care requirement, just tell us so we can agree what to use.
Can I arrange a weekly or fortnightly clean?
Yes. We offer regular visits as well as one-off services, subject to availability. Your visit length and priorities are agreed as part of your personalised quotation.
Will it always be the same cleaners?
We work with a two-cleaner approach and aim to keep your visits as consistent and familiar as possible. Where the team needs to change, we'll communicate that to you.
How do you remember my preferences?
We talk through your priorities during your consultation and agree a clear cleaning plan, including any preferred products, room priorities or finishing touches. You can tell us whenever something changes.
Do you offer fixed prices on the website?
No. Every home and every service is different, so we'll provide a tailored quotation based on the property, your requirements and the work involved.
Do you cover my area?

Can I add ironing, bed changes or other tasks?
